Cancellation Policy

As of January 1, 2010

 

Any Appointment cancelled or postponed by you within 24 hours of the start time of the scheduled Appointment, or any non-attendance by you of an Appointment, will be deemed a late cancellation.

 

 

  • 24 hours notice given by client

-  no charge

-  Recommended that you reschedule within the same week to ensure that you get results

 

  • Less than 24 hours notice

- Automatic $30 charge on all solo sessions

- Option to reschedule within 4 days

Ø     If rescheduled, $30 charge carried over and credited to rescheduled session.

Ø     If not, $30 charge added to current month invoice.

 

  • Cancelling within a group (Double, Triple, Quad sessions)

- Entire group can reschedule the session within 4 days of the original session booked.

- Individual Cancellation within a Group (Eg: One person from a Triple cancels last minute)

Ø     the person who cancels is charged $20 for session

OR

Ø     the rest of the group is charged the corresponding rate.  (Eg: Triple rate becomes a double.)

 

 

  • No Show for Session

- If your session has been confirmed by Level 10 and you do not show up for the session, you will be charged in full for the session.

 

 

Credit Card number must be on file in order to book a session.

Credit card payment options are weekly or monthly charge for sessions.

Cheque and Cash payment option available if sessions and classes are prepaid.

 

 

*The need for this new policy has arisen as a result of extra management costs incurred thru tracking, and collecting outstanding accounts.  This policy is an effort to avoid the need to pass these extra costs on to the client.  Thank you for your cooperation.
