Nathan was born in White Rock B.C. but grew up in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. Nathan played nearly every varsity sport at G.P.Vanier high school as well as in many community recreation leagues including football where he captained the Comox Valley Raiders to back-to-back Provincial championship seasons in 1998 and 1999. After high school he attended UBC where he completed his Human Kinetics degree. Nathan was a Captain for the Varsity Football squad at UBC where he was awarded both Athletic and Academic All-Canadian status. He also received the prestigious Russ Jackson Award as the "CIS Football Player Best Exemplifying Athletic Ability, Scholarship and Citizenship", as well as the Bobby Gaul award as UBC's Top Male Athlete. Nathan was invited to attend the BC Lions training camp for the 2005 year and performed above expectations.
Nathan has been in the Health and Fitness industry since 2002 including the past 4 years with Level 10 Fitness, and has been serving as the General Manager for the North Shore Winter Club location since they opened in the spring of ‘08. Nathan has often been called upon to provide his expertise to the many High School, Provincial, University and National teams trained by Level 10 Fitness Inc. Nathan's outstanding relationship with these teams has allowed him to gain invaluable experience through traveling abroad to provide his services in many unique places ranging from local Glaciers to the mountains and beaches of Australia.
Nathan brings positive energy and a commitment to excellence to Level 10 Fitness Inc. and hopes to create lifelong changes in the health of all his clients.

Steve Williams completed a Honours Bachelor of Arts, Kinesiology & Physical Education at Wilfrid Laurier University where he also represented the school in two different Varsity sports (Football and Rugby). During his time at Laurier, Steve helped the Golden Hawks win the 2005 Vanier Cup in Football, was an OUA All-star in Rugby, was named the WLU Lettermen Club President, and received the Bill Haggstrom Award as the Male Contributing most to Athletics. Steve began his prestigious athletic career right here in North Vancouver at Handsworth Secondary where he was a North Shore All-star in several sports. During his Highschool and University years Steve was highly involved in the many programs run by Level 10 on the North Shore and we are excited that one of our former clients has come full circle and joined our team. Steve has an extensive background in Olympic Lifting and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Steve epitomizes the intensity and the commitment to excellence that Level 10 trainers have come to be known by.
Brad Johns - Director of Tennis development

Brad Johns graduated from the University of Auckland in 2003 with a degree in Product Design. After a few years in the field of Design he returned to his true passion of Sport and Fitness and completed a Diploma in Fitness Training. He move to Canada shortly after and has been helping people reach their fitness goals ever since. Brad brings and infectious positive attitude and great experience to the team at Level 10. In addition to being a Level 2 CASI Snowboard Instructor and Level 1 Badminton Coach, Brad was also a Regional and National Level player in Tennis and Badminton while growing up in New Zealand. Brad is the Director of Young Athletes at Level 10 NSWC and is excited to help all his clients take their game to the next level.
Angela Melville - Director of athlete development

Bio
Angela was born and raised in Burnaby, where she attended Burnaby Mountain Secondary School. She competed in volleyball, basketball, track & field, and soccer throughout high school, and captained both her basketball and soccer teams. Angela was awarded MVP for both basketball and soccer, and was named Athlete of the Year throughout her high school years. Her main focus after high school was soccer, playing on competitive teams for over 12 years. Angela went on to play midfield and striker for the Capilano College Blues for 3 years, where she received the Scholar Athlete Award. Angela continues to play for the Capilano University Varsity Team as she is currently completing her Physiotherapy Degree. Angela is NCCP certified in soccer, and has completed the CPT. Having completed her degree in Human Kinetics at UBC, Angela is very excited to join the Level 10 Fitness team.
